This is a custom environment built for Fallout 3 using the G.E.C.K. engine. Everything in the scene except the NPC's and their weapons has been custom made. This includes the Tesla Trident a two-handed electric cannon (found in crates and carried by an NPC). The Tesla Trident's effects were custom made. The Video plays through the level from entrance to the group of Chinese Ghouls that have taken over the building looking for the Tesla Technology.
